Sharing Circles
Weekly community sharing space
Sharing circles are designed to provide a safe and supportive space for startup founders to share their experiences, challenges and feelings related to burnout. The aim is to foster a sense of community, validate experiences and explore potential solutions.
The concept of sharing circles is deeply rooted in the rich cultural traditions of Native American communities, where they have long served as sacred spaces for open dialogue, collective healing and connection. In these circles, people gather to speak from the heart, listen with respect and share stories that foster understanding and trust.
As we embrace the principles of sharing circles in contemporary settings, we honor the wisdom of Native American traditions, recognizing their profound contribution to creating inclusive spaces for reflection, healing, and community building. This legacy teaches us the importance of unity, respect, and the collective power of shared experiences.
