We challenge tired clichés of relentless hustle and grind that lead only to burnout. Recognizing that entrepreneurs are more than mere machines, we acknowledge the humanity behind the ambition—the fears, flaws and aspirations that extend far beyond the confines of your startup.
Drawing from our own experiences, we understand the isolating struggle and exhaustion inherent to the relentless pursuit of the 'superhero/unicorn' ideal.
That's why we've established Founders Rehab, where you can drop the superhero act and get real about your struggles.
We provide a range of programs designed to help you regain balance and feel restored.
Our team of serial founders, neuroscientists and health practitioners guide you towards a balanced approach to business, personal growth and mental wellness, helping you build a more sustainable, fulfilling entrepreneurial path within a supportive, no-nonsense community.
Our Programs
Masterminds
Designed by serial entrepreneurs and neuroscientists, our masterminds offer a space to assess your well-being, drop the “superhero” facade, connect with other founders and build a path to recalibrate yourself.
Each cohort of 10-13 entrepreneurs is curated based on shared experiences and challenges, encouraging deep conversations and valuable insights. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of balance, an accountability circle, and a clear action plan.
Time commitment: Roughly 2 hours a week over the course of 3 months.
Retreats
We recognize that founders can’t fully disconnect, so our retreats are designed around a 6-hour workday, allowing you to advance your startup while recalibrating your life.
Each retreat uses a synergistic approach, incorporating experts in Dao, neuroscience, meditation, nutrition, Ayurveda and more, ensuring you leave with practical tools to implement right away.
Time commitment: Roughly 5 hours a day over the course of 10 days.
Individual Work
If group masterminds and retreats aren’t your thing, our personalized program lets you focus on your unique needs with guidance from our expert team.
We’ll design and implement a plan that fits your goals and schedule, whether it’s a few hours a week or something more immersive, tackling personal, business, and well-being challenges at your pace.
